Air and Water in the Environment
Air and water are all around us and have properties we can observe.
- Air takes up space and can move things (wind).
- Water can be a liquid, solid, or gas, and it moves through the water cycle — evaporating, forming clouds, and falling as rain.
The water cycle recycles Earth's water over and over, so the same water has been around for a very long time.
