Terms of Service
By creating an account or using iLearnSTEM Kids you agree to these terms. They apply to students, parents, guardians, and teachers.
Eligibility
Student accounts must be created by, or with the active consent of, a parent, guardian, or teacher. A guardian email is required for every student account so we have a responsible adult to contact.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for learning and teaching.
- Don’t share your password.
- Don’t attempt to extract content in bulk, probe security, or interfere with other learners’ experience.
- Don’t upload or paste personal information about others.
Content
Curriculum content is provided as a learning aid and may contain placeholder material while we ingest official curricula. It is not a substitute for a teacher or for the original curriculum documents. Adaptive Reading passages are generated by a large language model based on parameters you choose; passages are tuned to be age- and topic-appropriate but may occasionally need editorial review.
Account changes and termination
You can ask us to update or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We will post a notice and update the date above when these terms change.
